THE UVET GROUP IS GROWING AND HIRING

These are the open positions for 2018

Milan (*) January – The Uvet Group, an Italian leader in tourism and a leading provider of innovative services and solutions for leisure travel, mobility management, events, MICE and pharma, kicks off a new recruitment campaign for the Milan, Turin and Chiasso offices.

The open positions are:

• 20 Business Travel Agents – Milan and Turin offices

The role involves managing travel transfer requests in accordance with the corporate travel policy of the various clients. Requirements: knowledge of GDSs (Galileo and Amadeus) and excellent problem solving ability.

• 2 Business Travel Agents (French native speaker) – Milan and Turin offices

The role involves managing travel transfer requests in accordance with the corporate travel policy of the various, mainly French, clients. Requirements: French native speaker, knowledge of the Galileo GDS and excellent problem solving ability.

• 2 Travel Agents (Albanian native speaker) – Turin office

The role involves managing flight booking requests and issuing tickets. Requirements: Albanian native speaker, knowledge of a GDS (Galileo/Sabre or Amadeus) – problem solving ability and capable of working effectively in a team.

• 2 Project Leaders, Pharma

The role involves managing and organising events/meetings for corporate clients from the Pharmaceutical sector. Requirements: previous experience in the role, available to travel, problem solving ability and able to work efficiently and effectively in a team.

• 1 Junior System Administrator – Turin

The role involves managing HW and SW workstation issues in a Microsoft network as well as corporate devices (laptops, smartphones, etc.) and also software issues (Microsoft Office, SW updates, antivirus software, etc). Requirements: at least two years’ previous experience in the role, good understanding of IT technologies and disciplines, able to work efficiently and effectively in a team.

• 2 Treasury Officers – Chiasso (Switzerland)

The role involves managing financial flows, dealings with banks, banking reconciliations, factoring, cash flow reports and payments abroad. Previous experience using Navision and Piteco is a plus as well as cash pooling.

• 1 Senior Accountant for Uvet Resorts

We are seeking an accounting expert to manage the accounting for Italian and overseas (West Africa) resorts. We are looking for a person willing to take long transfers to resorts to supervise and manage the accounts of the structures.
