We are organised in four macro areas: administration, operations, sales and marketing, and technology. The core business is the control and retrieval of data, an essential, vital element for companies. Thanks to technological developments, we have software that automatically captures and imports invoicing documents needed to create reports. Our administration recovers and processes data, the operations area documents, supports, manages and monitors the end users (new order, car rotation, delivery process), the sales and marketing area analyses and consolidates strategies, ad hoc projects (savings, tenders, renegotiations, contractual normalisation), in line with one guideline: technological support and optimisation for the end client.
We develop and customise requests from our clients with technological tools and opportunities. The last ones introduced to the market were: U-Dashboard and U-APP.

Strumento strategico per Fleet Manager che consente di comprendere tutti gli andamenti fondamentali della flotta (numero auto, costi, km, CO2, contravvenzioni, ordini..). Obiettivo: prevedere gli scenari futuri nell’ottica di intervenire con soluzioni e alternative.
The second: an operational tool available for the smartphone used by the end user: the driver. The driver’s needs are central to this product. He/She can look up the affiliated centres, contact roadside assistance, enter the km driven, upload, via photograph, all the necessary documents (collection reports, fines, complaints, …), look up refuelling stations or motorway Telepass use. Objective: an app for every aspect, without the need for paper forms and without difficulty in finding information.
