Since 1950, Uvet has been a point of reference in Italy for providing innovative services and solutions for business travel, corporate mobility, tourism and corporate events.
BizTravel Forum was formed in 2003 from an idea by the President of the Uvet Group, Luca Patanè. There was no opportunity for the business travel sector to meet, consider and debate; to create a culture and to become a true point of reference for companies and operators.
In December, 2011, the Uvet Group together with Amadeus created the Fondazione Atlante, with the aim of putting their wealth of experience at the service of social solidarity and culture.
Expo 2015 was, for the Uvet Group, the best opportunity to bring energy and resources together to create a reference point for tourism as promoters of “Made in Italy” in Europe as well as the world.
