We have several negotiations under way\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Milan, 20 September <\/em>\u00a0&#8211; The Uvet Group \u2013 in addition to managing resorts in Sardinia, at Pantelleria and in Kenya \u2013 now offers its own hotel in Milan: the Berna in via Torriani. Uvet takes over from the Fontana family who were the previous managers.<\/p>\n<p>The four-star hotel is located just 200 metres from the Central Station, 150 metres from the underground stop and 250 metres from the airport terminals for the airports (Linate, Malpensa, Orio al Serio). The Duomo, the Sforza Castle, the fashion district, as well as the two trade show venues, MICO and Fieramilano Rho, are all within easy reach. The hotel has four different room types, a 24\/7 reception service, an American Bar, a private garage and two conference rooms to complete the services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe began <em>the adventure of hotel management with the Santo Stefano Resort in Sardinia in 2013, to which we added Pantelleria and Kenya.\u201d <\/em>announced <strong>Luca Patan\u00e8, Uvet Group President. <\/strong><em>\u201cThree resorts that we manage in full autonomy and with great success. For the Hotel Berna, we listened to our clients who mentioned the high standards of quality, the services and the enviable position it holds, ideal for both the business traveller and the more traditional leisure client. The Group&#8217;s aim is to increasingly integrate more services and to follow a growth path, both for us as well as for our customers.
